Gibson Custom Shop 1958 Les Paul Home-Made Aging 2013
This is a 2013 Gibson Custom Shop ’58 Les Paul with a very nice flame top that’s undergone a transformation to emulate the famous “Greenie” Les Paul. The guitar has a set of aftermarket ThroBak PG102 MXY humbuckers installed with the flipped neck pickup for those famous ‘out of phase’ tones, an aftermarket set of pots and caps and what we can assume is a homemade aged look to it. There are scattered dents and dings around the body as well as the neck being sanded down a bit for a matte feel instead of the nitro gloss. The guitar plays well and has a great sounding set of pickups installed. The original parts as well as the pickguard and COA are included in the case.
