Used 1990 Rickenbacker 325JL John Lennon Short Scale Limited Edition Electric Guitar Jetglo
Part of a very collectible series of commemorative instruments made in 1990, here is the Rickenbacker 355 JL John Lennon model. This is a 323 6-string instrument in a Jetglo finish with a shorter scale length to be just like the model that John played in the early days of the Beatles. It’s built with an Eastern Hard Rock maple body, rosewood fretboard with dot inlays, and three toaster top Rickenbacker pickups, this 325 having a trapeze tailpiece. A cool quality of the John Lennon collection is that Rickenbacker located some original tooling which insured insure faithful recreation of the headstock, pickguard and nameplate. The guitar has some surface swirling throughout the body as it is a 26 year old instrument, with some markings around the edges of the nut. This 325 plays wonderfully, and would be an excellent addition to any Lennon or Beatles enthusiasts collection!
