An “Americanized” version of the classic EL34 British powerhouse, the 6CA7 power tube bridges the gap between the EL34 and the 6L6 for a rugged tone that gets beautifully crunch as you crank up the volume! This pair has been matched using Electro-Harmonix’s Platinum Matching process, which pairs the tubes after a 24 hour burn-in for amazingly accurate matching. The voltage requirement specifications closely match the EL34’s, but we still recommend a full bias and setup by a qualified amp tech to get the most out of these tubes.
