1965 Fender Stratocaster Candy Apple Red Refin
A true joy to play, this is a 1965 Fender Stratocaster refinished in Candy Apple Red. The guitar retains its original electronics and hardware, with a refret job that has given the neck slightly larger than vintage size frets that make it a bit easier for modern bends and playing styles. The refinish is more than a few years old and the guitar has definitely been used as a working instrument since its refin, with a few dings and dents from being played. The pot, neck and pickup dates all go back to 1965. The guitar includes a newer brown hardshell Fender case, and includes the tremolo arm. A great chance to pick up a vintage ’60s Stratocaster that’s got lots of life and stories in it, and still ready to go make more music.
