Fender Custom Shop Michigan Mahogany P-90 Telecaster Super Faded Crimson Transparent
Back to find itself a new home, one of the best Teles we’ve ever made with the Fender Custom Shop, still in almost unplayed condition. The body is a single-piece of mahogany sourced from Kalamazoo, Michigan – which we all know was the birthplace of some pretty awesome mahogany solidbody electric guitars! Finished in a Super Faded Crimson Transparent color, the finish is thin enough that you see the grain of the mahogany and then given a relic treatment. Not to be outdone by the body, the neck is a very impressive piece of triple-A roasted flame maple topped with a rosewood fretboard! Tone is provided by a pair of Custom Shop P-90s. This is a great Tele, and super lightweight coming in at only 6 lbs 8 oz!
