Gibson Custom Shop True Historic 1958 Les Paul Reissue Vintage Dark Burst 2015
Here’s an awesome ’58 True Historic Les Paul, originally sold by The Music Zoo and back to find itself a new home! The guitar has a cool Vintage Dark Burst finish, a double carved maple top and mahogany back with hide glue construction for a tone and sustain that has to be heard to be believed. The mahogany neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard that features hand-rolled binding to get this guitar as close to original specifications as possible. All the small details from the Top Hat control knobs, to the authentically shaded plastics, to the classic Les Paul peghead veneer have been carefully recreated. The thin Vintage Dark Burst nitrocellulose lacquer finish is wet sanded by hand for a vintage style look and feel. True Historics really are the Real Deal, and this awesome guitar is still in overall excellent condition with the original case and certificate of authenticity included!
