We saw this exact guitar during our latest trip to the Martin factory and knew we had to bring it home! This fun little rocker of a Martin is a 00 Slope Shoulder 14-Fret with a premium sitka spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides, all wrapped up in a satin black finish. The feel of this one is very comfortable thanks to its Modified Low Oval neck profile with the High Performance taper. For cosmetics, it has antique white binding to contrast nicely against the satin black, and subtle mother of pearl Old Style 18 dot inlays on the ebony fretboard. If you want a Martin that’s different than most – this will certainly do it…and if you already own something like the all-black Johnny Cash model this will make a perfect pairing.
