This is a remake of a very rare guitar that was built for a very talented musician. This is the limited edition Ovation Glen Campbell Bluebird in its rare 12-string incarnation. The guitar is a solidbody electric guitar built in the USA, with a crème to blue flake burst finish over a mahogany body. The original Bluebird was built for Glen in the 1970s, based on the original Ovation Viper body style. The Campbell family loaned the original guitar to Ovation for the recreations, of which only 10 six strings and 5 twelve-string guitars were made. The guitar has a custom Hipshot bridge, handwound humbuckers, original factory retro volume and tone knobs, and the headstock even has a retro Ovation logo just like the original!
