Wire Instruments Concorde IV White
The Music Zoo is very proud to be an authorized dealer of Wire Instruments, built by luthier and tech Earnie Bailey in the Pacific Northwest. We met Earnie at NAMM 2018, and became super interested in his guitars, which take inspiration from some rare and unique English electric guitars of the 1960s and ’70s. Earnie has done work for everyone from Black Flag and James Hetfield to Pavement and Eddie Vedder. He’s also most known for being the tech for Nirvana, as well as the Foo Fighters.
This guitar is a Concorde IV in white, over a swamp ash body with a sapele neck and block inlays in the birdseye maple fretboard. The guitar has two Pete Biltoft pickups with Wire’s own unique wiring via two lever switches, giving you just about any tone you’d want out of the guitar, including some you weren’t expecting, with the high and low-pass filters for on-board ‘cocked-wah’-esque sounds! The guitar has a full 25″ scale, and comfortable 1-11/16″ nut width.
Includes Hardshell Case and Paperwork
