Used 1977 Aria Pro II EX-750 Korina Destroyer Electric Guitar Natural
When the infamous Japanese guitar manufacturer FujiGen began making the Ibanez “Korina” Destroyer around 1975 and 1976, rival Japanese guitar maker Matsumoku wasted no time in offering competition. This guitar is a vintage example of such: a 1976/77 Aria Pro II EX-750 with a natural finish that lacks nothing against the more widely known Ibanez Destroyer. The guitar has a Sen Ash body, maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard and “Korina” finish.
This guitar is light weight, boasts incredible low action, has had a professional fret dress and set up and has been fitted with a Seymour Duncan SH-11 in the bridge position and a Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck position. The original pickups were saved and are included in the hard case. The electronics have also been replaced with 500k EVH potentiometers. The guitar is in overall excellent condition with very little wear on it, with a great looking grain pattern on the body, and a hardshell case included!
